Each market is thoughtfully styled, intentionally curated, and built to feel inspiring for shoppers and vendors alike.

We focus on originality, quality, and experience. This isn’t a flea market. It’s a place where beautiful things and creative people come together. ⸻

We welcome vendors offering: Handmade goods

  • Clothing and curated resale
  •  Specialty food items (jams, salsas, baked goods, organic products, etc.)
  • Collectors and creative curators
  • If you offer something unique and don’t see your category listed, apply anyway. We love fresh ideas and originality. ⸻

Is This a Juried Event?

  • Yes. This is a juried market. Vendors are selected based on: Product quality
  • Originality
  • Variety within the market Booth presentation and overall aesthetic

Will I Be Invited Back?

Yes, and that’s the goal. We love building long-term relationships with our vendors. If you continue to bring great products, maintain your display, and show up professionally, you will be given priority for future markets. ⸻

Do You Provide Tents?

No. Vendors must provide their own tents and display setup. ⸻

Setup & Tear Down

Exact times vary by event and will be shared inside our private vendor Facebook group and through Eventeny. General expectations:

  • Setup begins the day before around 2pm and at 7:00am the day of the event
  •  Vendors must be fully set up by 9:30am
  • Vendors not checked in by 8:00am may lose their space without refund
  • No early teardown — even if sold out

Cancellation Policy

All vendor payments are non-refundable once accepted. ⸻

Marketing the Market

We promote each event through social media, email, and local media. Vendors sharing the event on their own platforms helps everyone, and we truly appreciate it! ⸻

Vendor Communication All updates are shared through:  

  • Email (please add hello@thisandthatmarket.com to your contacts) this prevents our emails going to your spam folder.

How to Apply

Apply through the vendor form and include:
